Back in 2021, Mr. Ng Shone Fone<\/strong>, Director of Obsnap Instruments Sdn Bhd<\/strong>, joined the sandmerit KPI 123 Program conducted by Wilson Ten<\/strong>. During this program, Wilson personally coached Mr. Ng on vision alignment, corporate strategy, and KPI execution. A company-wide sandmerit KPI Workshop<\/strong> was held to train the Obsnap team on how to set SMART KPIs, build team alignment, and use data-driven performance management tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sandmerit software was implemented for Obsnap that same year, and it successfully aligned their employees toward shared corporate objectives. The team developed a new sense of ownership and clarity about how their daily actions contribute to company growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Inspired by his learning from Wilson Ten and sandmerit, Mr. Ng later ventured into building his own software solution \u2014 DOERHRM<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 focused on KPI and OKR management. This journey demonstrates how the sandmerit methodology not only transforms companies but also develops new leaders in the KPI and performance industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
