\u4ece\u6765\u4e0d\u662f\u201c\u6f6e\u6d41\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u57fa\u7840\u903b\u8f91<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>KPI\uff08\u5173\u952e\u7ee9\u6548\u6307\u6807\uff09\u4e0d\u662f\u54ea\u4e2a\u8bb2\u5e08\u53d1\u660e\u7684\u3002<br>\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u79cd <strong>\u7ba1\u7406\u601d\u7ef4\u3001\u4e00\u79cd\u8861\u91cf\u65b9\u5f0f\u3001\u4e00\u79cd\u5546\u4e1a\u79d1\u5b66<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u6c38\u8fdc\u9700\u8981\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u6709\u76ee\u6807<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u53ef\u6d4b\u91cf<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u80fd\u8ffd\u8e2a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u80fd\u6539\u5584<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u53ea\u8981\u4f01\u4e1a\u9700\u8981\u201c\u7ba1\u7406\u201d\uff0c\u5c31\u6c38\u8fdc\u9700\u8981 KPI\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>KPI \u4e0d\u4f1a\u8fc7\u65f6\u3002<br>\u4f1a\u8fc7\u65f6\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u300c\u9519\u8bef\u7684 KPI \u505a\u6cd5\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u6765\u81ea\u54c8\u4f5b\u7684\u5e73\u8861\u8ba1\u5206\u5361\uff08Balanced Scorecard\uff09\u81f3\u4eca\u4ecd\u662f\u5168\u7403\u4f7f\u7528\u7387\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u7ba1\u7406\u5de5\u5177\u4e4b\u4e00<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e73\u8861\u8ba1\u5206\u5361\u662f\u7f8e\u56fd\u54c8\u4f5b\u5927\u5b66\u7684\u6559\u6388 <strong>Robert Kaplan \u4e0e David Norton<\/strong> \u5728 1990s \u63a8\u51fa\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7ed3\u679c 30 \u5e74\u8fc7\u53bb\u4e86\uff0c\u5b83\u4f9d\u7136\u662f\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul \u5f3a\u8fd8\u5728\u7528\uff1f<br>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u54c8\u4f5b\u5546\u5b66\u9662\u8fd8\u5728\u6559\uff1f<br>\u4e3a\u4ec0\u4e48\u5404\u56fd\u653f\u5e9c\u90fd\u5728\u7528\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7b54\u6848\u975e\u5e38\u7b80\u5355\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 \u6765\u505a\u7ee9\u6548\u8003\u6838<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5e02\u573a\u4e0a\u6709\u4eba\u8bf4\uff1a\u201cOKR \u53d6\u4ee3 KPI \u4e86\u3002\u201d<br>\u8fd9\u53e5\u8bdd\u662f <strong>\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u3001\u8bef\u5bfc\u6027\u7684<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>OKR \u662f\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\u7684\uff1f<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul Results\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7528\u6765\u6fc0\u53d1\u521b\u65b0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7528\u6765\u63d0\u5347\u53c2\u4e0e\u611f<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u7528\u4e8e\u5e74\u5ea6\u6216\u5b63\u5ea6\u5bf9\u9f50<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u4e0e\u5956\u91d1\u6302\u94a9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Google \u63a8\u51fa OKR \u7684\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<br>\u4e0d\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8bc4\u5206\u3001\u4e0d\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u5956\u91d1\u3001\u4e0d\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u7ee9\u6548\u8003\u6838\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u800c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\uff1a<br><strong>\u65b9\u5411\u5bf9\u9f50\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u53c2\u4e0e\u5ea6\u3001\u63a8\u52a8\u521b\u65b0\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Google \u7684\u7ee9\u6548\u8003\u6838\u662f\u4ec0\u4e48\uff1f<br>Google \u53e6\u6709\u4e00\u5957 <strong>Performance Review\uff08\u7ee9\u6548\u8bc4\u4f30\u7cfb\u7edf\uff09<\/strong>\uff0c\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>360 \u7684\u53d8\u79cd<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e0d\u662f\u53d1\u73b0\u65b0\u4e1c\u897f\uff0c<br>\u800c\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u201c\u4e0e\u4f17\u4e0d\u540c\u201d\u201c\u5356\u8bfe\u7a0b\u201d\u201c\u6253\u9020\u8bdd\u9898\u201d\uff0c<br>\u6240\u4ee5\u628a KPI \u5305\u88c5\u6210\u53e6\u4e00\u4e2a\u540d\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u2014\u2014<br><strong>\u9519\u8bef\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3001\u4e0d\u6210\u719f\u7684\u6846\u67b6\uff0c<br>\u4f1a\u4e25\u91cd\u5f71\u54cd\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u7ee9\u6548\u6267\u884c\u529b\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e0d\u662f\u7528\u6765\u505a\u5b9e\u9a8c\u7684\u3002<br><strong>\u65b9\u6cd5\u8981\u9009\u6700\u7a33\u3001\u6700
