our founder's story
Like many entrepreneurs, I started my own business with the goal of providing a better life for myself and my family. However, as I grew older, I began to wonder what it truly means to live a meaningful life.
By chance, I came across a book that greatly influenced my perspective on life and business: “A Way of Life” by Kazuo Inamori, which emphasizes the importance of serving others in order to create a valuable and fulfilling life.
Inamori believed that companies should exist to improve the lives of their employees and contribute positively to society. In his view, this is what gives life true value—because in the end, we can’t take money or fame with us when we pass on.
Inspired by this, I redefined the mission of my company: To help employees find happiness and help employers find peace of mind. I truly believe that when we care for our people, they will, in turn, take care of our customers and our business. This kind of people-first mindset is what builds lasting strength.
